We have a generator for when the power goes out.
Me and my dad also installed an outdoor outlet to bring the power inside.
To power my computers, I use this very long green extension cord.
It is just long enough to go from the basement, across the laundry room, up the stairs, through the kitchen, through the living room, through a hallway and then to the end of my room on the ground floor.
As you can see in the last photo, my UPS is off and the white power strip is plugged into the green extension cord.
